The Warranty Policy for Export Products of Joyall (Weihai) Tire CO., LTD

This policy is formulated in a bid to regulate the claims settlement related to our oversea products, which will help to reduce customers' complaints, cultivate customers' loyalty, establish our brand presence and raise the popularity and international market ratio of our products. 

Normal Warranty 

Certified tires manufactured by our company and sold abroad. 

Tire damages happened in the early stage and caused by raw materials or manufacturing problems 

Tires within three years since production date, subject to the Tire Series No./ Bar code.

Tread wear complies with the requirements. 


Tires sold as non-certified ones

Tires those are over three years from their production date. 

Tires with residual pattern depth that are lower than requirements.

Tires damaged due to inappropriate storage. 

Tire early damaged due to choosing wrong type of tires

Tires damaged by improper installation.  

Tire damages happened in the early stage and caused by improper use and not following the standards guide.

Tires with worn out or incomplete trade-marks. 

Tires with unidentifiable Tire Series No. and production date because of Tires damaged at the location of Tire Series No.

Insufficient Parts of components effected that can not identify the reasons of failure.  

Tires' damages caused by mechanical injury, overheating and other relevant reasons. 

Repaired or retread tires. 

 Tires with fake trade-mark and fabricated serial number(production date) and fake quality problem,etc.

Tire damage due to using the non-standard wheel rim or overloading( like body ply wires pull out from bead toe or bead crack)

As to the tire with a tread wear less than 2mm, we'll replace one new tire without any charges, For tread wear already more than 2mm, fees will be applied based on the actual tread wear depth. 

No compensation applicable when the residual pattern depth is less than the 50% of designed tread depth.

The formulas applicable to calculate the compensation ratio are as follows (the results are rounded to the first digit after the decimal point): 

1-(the real depth of the tread wear/the effective depth of the pattern) 

Where, the real depth of the tread wear equals to the depth of the new pattern minus the tested pattern depth, and the effective depth of the pattern means the difference between the depth of the new pattern and the depth of the tread wear indicator.

As to the tire with a tread wear less than 50% designed tread depth, we'll replace one new tires without any charges.

No compensation applicable when the residual pattern depth is less than 50% designed tread depth

Please refer to the attached "List of TBR Pattern Depth" for the detail of the pattern depth with each new TBR size.    

 (Business Adjustments standards)

The following symptoms can get an amount percentage of the regular compensation given to tires with manufacturing problems: 

Tires with separation issues caused by heat generation between different components at high speed, heavy load or after long time running, but without obvious surface injury. 

Bead Crack: circumferential crack above the water-proof line on the sidewall due to long-term overload or under inflation, but without obvious rip, mechanic damage, run-over injury or scratches, etc.

The following conditions can be provided with business adjustment only after a fee is charged as per the depth of real tread wear: 

Business compensation standards for the deficiency below:

Sidewall bulge: in case of no fitting and no injury, if it belongs to ply gap , provide no more than 30% of business claims. If it belongs to other reasons like large splice of rubber components, provide no more than 20% of business claims. 

Appearance deficiency: in case of no fitting and no injury, provide no more than 5% of business claims

In the special both agreed market, if DB or UF exceeded customer's request standard, caused the vehicle jolting or trembling seriously, in case of no fitting and no injury, provide no more than 20% of business claims.

DB: Dynamic Balance. UF: Uniformity 

New tires with any of the above mentioned conditions yet without injury can be replaced only if they have not been used; as for the ones that have been used, we will try to persuade our customers to continue using them, but if they disagree, the tires can be replaced based on the condition that they have to pay the tread wear fee as per the real depth of the pattern, and favorable treatment is unavailable if the tread wear is over 4mm.(The tread wear less than 1mm can be rounded). 

Methods to measure the pattern depth  

Measurement tool: vernier caliper for tires with precision of 0.1mm 

Measuring spots:  for lugs, take the 2/5 point of the length between the crown middle line and the shoulder (close to the middle line); for ribs, if the tire has three grooves, take the depths of the side ones, then work out their average as the measuring value, if it has four grooves, take all their depths, then figure out their average; for the dual purpose tread pattern, take the depth of the major grooves. 

The measuring method: steer clear of the tread wear indicator, touch the bottom of the groove and make sure the vernier caliper is perpendicular to the bottom of the groove.  

Calculating method: take three points along the circle, work out the arithmetic mean value as its result, keeping one digit on the right side of the decimal point.  


No matter how perfect the design is, any tire can go wrong during usage due to some conditions in the manufacturing process. So this policy hereby is not saying that our tires won't fail.  

This policy is not applicable to consumers who buy used tires, because used tires may have some inner components broken, which is likely to cause unexpected problems. 

The ownership of the tire still belongs to the consumer before claiming for compensation. If dealers damaged or lost the tires before our identification, we won't take any compensation responsibility.  

The used tires which be claimed are the property of JOYALL TIRE (WEIHAI) CO.,LTD., The distributors are obligated to keep the tire carcass. If the warranty tires were lost or changed, we won't commit to the warranty.  

All the tires checked by our after-sales servicemen are required to be marked in the tire carcass. For problems arising in the use of the tire, a small piece of rubber, to the left of the serial number, should be scratched off to avoid repeated check, and at the same time "The Tire Identification Report" should be issued. As far as the tires compensated are concerned, the trade-mark should be cut away.  

Should anyone have disagreements about our identification Report, you may take the used tire carcass and Tire Identification Report to the local tire testing center for identification, If the problem is caused by our company, all the related costs will be on our side.. 

None of the dealers are entitled to make any statements, promises, agreement or even any hints inconsistent with this policy.  

This policy is only applicable to tires installed on vehicles running or being registered out of China. 

As to the after-sale problems with the end-user abroad, the primary Distributor in that specific area is entrusted by Joyall (Weihai) Tire Company to provide the service. Please refer to  the "Disposition Process for Export Condition Tires". 

The product service dept. of JOYALL (Weihai) Tire Company reserves the right to the interpretation of this policy. 

Exclusion liability

Within the bounds of the law.Joyall(Weihai) Tire Co.,ltd will not undertake any indirect loss,time loss and vehicle loss.

  ——子口裂口: 使用标准轮辋,但因长期高载或气压相对不足,在胎侧三线以上部位出现周向裂口,但无明显撕裂、机械损伤、碾伤、划伤等。




  ——外观缺陷轮胎 ,在没有装车且无外伤的情况下,给予不超过5%的商务理赔。

  ——在双方有特殊约定的市场,真空胎动平衡或均匀性超过客户要求的标准,导致车辆严重跳动或抖动的 ,在没有装车且无外伤的情况下,给予不超过20%的商务理赔。
